Bit's and Pieces - I Have a Floor!

This is a bit of fun for me, nothing too serious and usually fun quick posts. Here you will find general stuff that I collect from my web wanderings. Plus quick posts that are too long for twitter and stuff I want to post quickly and simply.

I came home in the dark again today, but my first stop was to grab the torch and take a look at what the builders had been up to today. Pleased to announce that I have a floor. Not much else though and it is only the ground floor.

But what it does do is give us a pretty good idea how big the rooms are going to be. I think it is pretty huge. Looking forward to the frame going up next week.

One thing I can say is that building is slow, well it seems that way at the moment. Patience grass-hopper.

All this has been going on here and I have started the new job, pretty busy all round. Leaving early and getting home late, but loving it.
